ABC: The Downward Slope. The low spikes at A, B, C: these are times when I weighed myself immediately after running, so much of this weight is water. If you compensate for this, you see my weight loss is gradual (a little too gradual) at about 2 pounds a week.

D: The Zig Zag. The zig is a day of running and biking. The zag is the next day of only biking. (The high point near D is when I ran, biked, and played two hours of tennis in one day.)

E: Stable eating habits. In the beginning I'd eat extra light one day and then too much the next. Now, coming into the home stretch (I have three weeks to go) I'm more consistent in fueling my body, but not over indulging.
