Ok so this is the start of it. I should have taken this yesterday as that was my first day at a slimming club. I need to lose weight - I'm uncomfortable and not happy with the way I feel or the way I look. I'm not doing this for anyone else other than me. I'm not doing this in order to comply with some sort of superficial idea of what society thinks everyone should look like, this is for me and for me alone. It's a health and happiness sort of thing and this time I'm determined to do it.
It's for this reason that I've decided to post these pictures. Most photos I take of myself or have taken of me I manage to hide behind someone or something or I just crop out my bottom half but I want to change that and this is how I'm going to do it. Hopefully.

Told you it was a big day. Or, did I? Today I joined weight watchers. It's so different now, having had gastric bypass and only wanting to lose like 10lbs. Sometimes though, it's just good to have a check in place. I joined to get a little focus for the next few weeks, get back on track, and gain some accountability. Five years since I've been out and I've pretty much maintained my weight. So my goal is 10lbs to be lost. From there, we'll see how I feel. Thank you, work, for having WW on site. :)
